How it works
Placing ads in publications is easy with these simple steps:

1. University of California, Berkeley is on a JobWrap meaning we automatically post all of your new positions, update existing postings if any changes are made & remove closed jobs twice a day to your contracted sites (listed above).

2. After a job is live on your Careers site/ATS you may request additional publications for your campaign, by emailing your Account Manager (listed below). S/he will then provide a quote for approval in order to move forward.

3. Your Account Manager will send the listed contact(s) an email with an ad proof, along with a Campaign Summary or list of quotes which will include pricing, run times and any additional information related to the order. We will automatically send recommendations based upon our Horton recommendation algorithm listed in order of value (ROI) on a cost per click (CPC) basis.
 
4. If the quotes listed on the Campaign Summary and the Proof (ad copy) are approved by you/those responsible for the costs then you should proceed to BearBuy to obtain a PO. It can be created on your end with your approved Campaign Summary. Once we receive the PO from BearBuy, then we can will proceed to submit all the ads to the publication vendors immediately. Note: If there is a blanket PO available, please let us know upon approving.
 
5. If you would rather avoid the PO process, you can let your Account Manager know that you plan to pay using a credit card (plus a 4% convenience fee) and we can proceed to process your advertising immediately.  You or whomever you designate will be invoiced the Monday following the advertising start date.  We don’t invoice for any ads before they have been confirmed to have started with the vendor, so it’s possible that your campaign will be split into more than one invoice.

JobElephant’s customer portal (adcontrol.jobelephant.com) allows clients to directly access tearsheets (copies of placed ads), invoices and billing history, as well as submit jobs for quote requests, approve paid advertising and pay for ads once an invoice is received. All stages of the recruitment advertising process can be implemented, monitored, and confirmed through the customer portal. Our cPortal completes the circle of customer service at JobElephant, allowing clients the ability to access their orders 24/7.
